  • Number of Bridesmaids along with dress color (fabric sample, if possible)
  • Quantity of each of the following:
  • Corsages
  • Boutonnières
  • Ceremony flowers
  • Pew or chair decorations
  • Guest table arrangements
  • Cake flowers,
  • Card table and/or guest book table arrangements
  • Other arrangements or decorations
  • Pictures of flowers that you like (if you have them)
  • Color or Flower preferences (if any)
  • Preferred budget (typically flowers are 5 to 10% of the total wedding budget)
